Therefore, the body of an improviser nurtures a sustainable relationship between body and mind with a gentle attitude. Starting from a state of zero, participants will experience relaxation and tranquility, allowing deep listening to unfold new qualities of space. This practice involves choosing with clarity of will and embracing the joy of imagination, planting the passion for life with abundant energy, and hoping to eventually sow the seeds of boundless creativity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The workshop incorporates contact improvisation, somatics, improvisational dance, and philosophical dialogues about spatial awareness, focusing on the skills of listening and perceiving. Thus, participants are not limited by their level of improvisational experience or background in physical training. Through the dialogue between body and perception, participants will return to a shared learning experience.
