Founder of Inch Dance and former member of Ku & Dancers. Previously taught at Cloud Gate Dance Studio in Taiwan. While studying in the United States, she worked as a dancer and dance instructor at CHEN DANCE CENTER and performed with various new media artists. She focused on the research, teaching, and creation of creative movement, improvisation, contact improvisation, and postmodern dance theater.
In late 2016, Zoe founded Inch Dance in Shanghai, dedicated to promoting creative movement,contact improvisation, and postmodern dance theater creation and performances. She has collaborated with numerous interdisciplinary artists from China and abroad. From 2017 to 2022, she initiated and organized the Shanghai Improvisation Art Festival, aiming to bring the excitement of art and life together through various forms of improvisational art. The festival has invited artists from around the world, offering interdisciplinary performances and workshops in improvisational art. In 2024, Zoe and her partners at Inch Dance launched the “Beyond Dance” Improvisational Dance Festival in Shanghai. Currently based in Bangkok, she continues to promote contact improvisation, improvisation, and contemporary dance theater, hoping to share the beauty of the body with more people.
