Graduated with a Master’s in Dance from the prestigious London Contemporary Dance School, UK. Creative Director at “Mei-Kuang Li Creativity Psychology Workstation”. A Chan art teacher at Dharma Drum Mountain Humanities and Social Improvement Foundation, she develops and applies DDM Eight-form Moving Meditation and Dance improvisation. Currently, she teaches at National Taiwan College of Performing arts at department of Acrobatics, is a part-time lecturer at the Dance Department of the University of Taipei, and serves as an improvisation teacher for the Dance Forum Taipei. She joined the Ku & Dancers troupe in 1999. Her work focuses on promoting the improvisational art of Stillness and Opening the Deepest Within and embodies the social art and natural ecology philosophy.
She has been invited to artist-in-residence programs and festivals globally, including Mirramu in Australia, Paris Cité Internationale des Arts, i-Dance Japan International CI Festival, AIAE Contact Improvisation Festival in Korea, i-Dance (HK)in Hong Kong, the East Side Arts Festival in Hong Kong, the International Dance Festival in Madagascar, the World Dance Alliance (WDA) International Dance Day in India, the UK’s Re-Orient Festival . Her performances and workshops have been featured in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Australia, Hong Kong, the U.S. (University Dance Festival), and Austria’s International Choreo Lab.
