Joined the City Contemporary Dance Company of Hong Kong in 2004, actively promoting dance development in Mainland China while expanding international networks. In 2017, appointed as Head of Chinese Dance.
From 2004 to 2011, served as Theatre Producer, Manager, and Executive Director of the Guangdong Modern Dance Company.
From 2011 to 2016, served as Director of the Guangdong Modern Dance Festival. From 2012 to 2019, served as Program Director of the Beijing Dance Festival.
In 2015, initiated the “Pearl River Delta Rising” project to promote the development of contemporary dance in the Pearl River Delta region.
In 2017, curated the City Contemporary Dance Festival in Hong Kong. She has also been actively promoting the HOTPOT East Asia Dance Platform, an artistic network established by the Seoul International Dance Festival in Korea, the Yokohama Dance Collection in Japan, and the City Contemporary Dance Festival in Hong Kong. The platform collaborates with the ICE HOT Nordic Dance Platform to foster international exchange and collaboration in Asian contemporary dance.
From 2019 to 2022, served as Head of Performing Arts (Dance) for the West Kowloon Cultural District.
