When we take dance class, what are we thinking about?
Is it an action? Is it sweat? Or ability?
But, does the body really need to be defined?
The workshop starts from the concept of solo dance and leads participants to find their own body language. The class will begin with a guided improvisational approach and will allow students to re-examine themselves through a series of exercises, the journey of the body. Let us start again, treat the body as a draft and carefully draw our own language that belong to ourselves.
