The art of “listening” and “moving”
Starting with the concept of “qi”, we are aware of the current conditions of different parts of the body between breathing in and out, and through different body exercises we deconstruct the energy accumulated in the body and slowly reshape the flow within the body. Under the vibration of different sound frequencies, the natural flow inside and outside the body is strengthened, allowing the potential of the body’s self-recovery mechanism to be developed, allowing people to move towards the state of “Sat Chit Ananda” (truth, consciousness, joy).
Mindful Sound therapist/sound artist Paul Yip will lead a rhythmic journey of “qi and sound shapes” using live electronics, singing bowls, heavenly drums and other musical instruments, and we sincerely invite everyone to experience it together.
This activity is suitable for everyone who wants to experience natural dance and audio therapy, pursue natural harmony, relieve stress, and release emotions. Even if you have no experience, we welcome you to experience it together.
