All About US “Body & Mind”

Instructor Victor will guide participants to develop body language for communication, expression, creation and improvisation base on the following three stages:
The first part starts from the “body and language”, Victor will lead the participants to start from understanding the body and then develop body language.
The second part is heartfelt gratitude. It has not been easy for us to get to where we are today. This will be a dance about “gratitude”.
The third part begins with “Spirit”, which will be a journey of freedom in spirituality, life and creation.
The three stages of the workshop will be interrelated, participants will lead to creation and joyful improvisation…!
