Born in Macau and graduated from HKAPA with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (First-class honours) in 2013. Wong was awarded The Margaret Zee Outstanding Performer Award, Dean of Dance Prize and Faculty Scholarship of Contemporary Dance.

She has performed with many world-renowned artist and company, including Van Huynh Company in the 7th Busan International Dance Festival and The M1 Singapore Fringe Festival: Art & Faith in 2011. She has also performed in Spain, Vienna, Philippines, and other places.

She is now an independent artist. Her recent work ShelfLife was presented in Macau and she was invited to perform in Korea Wiz World Dance Festival and Macau Modern Dance Festival. 2015, she was invited to perform her new work in, 43rd Hong Kong Art Festival.
