A contemporary dance artist. Wayson worked on dance performance, choreography. He founded The Body Acts, the dance studio. It was a resident dance repertoire company of Beijing’s Chao Yang Cultural Center 9 Theater, and the School of Multimedia Arts of China Central Academy of Fine Arts. Notable works include Behind 3.0, Untitled and Fleeing by Night, etc. His works have been in a number of different areas and Arts Festival publication and tour.
Recently, Wayson leads the workshop of his body research to the rest of the world, including Bath Spa University (UK), Asia Dance Project (Korea), Melbourne Festival (Australia), Chengdu Yuan-shu Contemporary Dance Space(China), Jiangsu provincial song and dance ensemble (China). Wayson was invited by Jean Abreu Dance (London, UK) to take part in A Thread as rehearsal director and dancer from 2014 until now.
