Jo graduated from the HKAPA with a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Contemporary Dance and Diploma in Ballet. She has participated in the Body movements education program, Leap!, as teaching artist for five years, since 2010.

During her tenure, The Robert H.N. Ho Family Foundation sent her to Taiwan, cooperate with Cloud Gate Dance School, and further her teaching knowledge in Body movement education. Besides she takes part in Sensory Integration Training for further study on children bodies’ development.

In 2015, set up “Rice JourneyStudio” with Julianna Ho (Ms.Hippo), and mainly focus on Body movement Journey Program.
